Annual Thanksgiving Community Dinner

Coming together to celebrate compassion by providing meals and hospitality for our most vulnerable neighbors on Thanksgiving day and beyond.

This upcoming Thanksgiving, Hollywood Food Coalition will host our Annual Thanksgiving Community Dinner (Wednesday, November 27, 11am – 3pm) where we will serve a seated turkey meal with all the fixings for 300 of our community members experiencing homelessness or food insecurity. Hundreds of volunteers will join together to provide a festive atmosphere with live music during what can be a particularly isolating time.

Hollywood Food Coalition believes that no one should face hunger alone.

At Hollywood Food Coalition, we envision a city where every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has a place at the table and where food isn’t just sustenance, but a symbol of unity, love, and empowerment, and where food, community, and support intertwine to create a tapestry of care.
